A BILL ENTITLED

AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Section
16-121(d), titled "Details", of Subtitle 16, titled
"Personnel", of the Prince George's County Code, 1975
Edition, as adopted by CB—1-1976, so as to revise the
procedures relative to upward salary adjustments resulting
from details associated with the assumption of duties of
higher graded positions, and making certain corrections.

A BILL ENTITLED

AN ACT to amend the Prince George's County Code, 1975
Edition, by adding a new Division 4B, titled "Deep Well Loan
Fund", to Subtitle 10, titled "Finance and Taxation", to
provide for the establishment of a self sustaining Deep Well
Loan Fund for the purpose of making County financed loans on
preferred terms and conditions to owner-occupants of
single-family, residential structures for the drilling of
individual deep wells on said homeowners' properties to
avert health hazards caused by existing water supplies which
are, or are likely to become, contaminated; to prescribe
certain eligibility requirements governing the making of
said loans; to empower and authorize the County Executive to
make loans from the fund established hereunder; to require
the County Executive to prepare and forward to the County
Council for approval, rules and regulations governing the
maintenance and administration of said fund and the making
of loans pursuant thereto; and to require the County
Executive to forward to the County Council for approval on
at least an annual basis a proposed method of financing said
fund.
