citing specific areas of activities governing those who must
file financial disclosure statements; and providing
provisions for those individuals who must file whose
activities touch upon procurement and similar matters, and
who utilize public wares for private interest; providing for
the County Executive to prepare a current list of names of
those individuals who must comply with this Division and
transmit same to the Clerk of the Circuit Court by April 15
of each year; and to delete the requirement that copies of
financial disclosure statements be filed with the Secretary
of State.

A BILL ENTITLED

AN ACT to amend Section 13-113, titled "Publications"
and Section 13—161, titled "Lease agreement; conditions" of
Subtitle 13, "Housing" of the Prince George's County Code,
1975 Edition, to include the mandatory distribution of the
most recently approved manual of the Landlord—Tenant
Commission regarding the rights and obligations of the
landlords and tenants; and to provide for oral leases.

Chapter No. 102

A BILL ENTITLED

AN ACT to amend Section 11-155 of Subtitle 11, titled
"Fire Prevention," of the Prince George's County Code, 1975
Edition, as amended, for the purpose of requiring the owner
of underground storage tanks to test the system lines at
intervals no greater than five (5) years, instead of the
current three (3) year testing requirement; and for the
purpose of clarifying when the owner of underground storage
tanks used for flammable liquids shall be responsible for
compliance with testing and inspection provisions; and
excluding fiberglass and other noncorrosive storage tanks
used for flammable liquids from testing requirements.
