Subtitle 5, entitled "Businesses and Licenses," of the
Prince George's County Code, 1975 Edition, as amended from
time to time, for the purpose of defining solicitor of a
commercial establishment, requiring licensing of a solicitor
of a commercial establishment, and prohibiting certain acts
by a solicitor of a commercial establishment.

Division 5 entitled "Group Residential Facilities" to
Subtitle 13 entitled "Housing" to provide for the creation
of a Commission on Group Residential Facilities to certify
and approve Group Residential Facilities in Prince George's
County to define Group Residential Facilities and exempt
certain fester homes therefrom, to provide for the
establishment of procedural and administrative standards for
the certification, program review and evaluation of Group
Residential Facilities and to provide for Citizen Advisory
Beards for Group Residential Facilities.
