AN EMERGENCY BILL ENTITLED

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Section 11-210.2 (a) (3) of
Subtitle 11, titled "Fire Prevention", of the Prince
George's County Code, 1975 Edition, for the purpose of
extending the date by which deputy or assistant volunteer
chiefs or volunteer chiefs of volunteer fire or rescue squad
departments or companies must meet certain training
requirements.

A BILL ENTITLED

AN ACT to amend Subtitle 5, titled "Businesses and
Licenses," of the Prince George's County Code, 1975 Edition,
for the purpose of licensing and regulating nursing homes,
domiciliary care homes, long term intermediate care
facilities or personal care intermediate care facilities as
defined by the Maryland State Department of Health and
Mental Hygiene pursuant to Regulations 10.02.05, 10.02.07,
10.02.09 and 10.02.10, to establish license fees and
authorizing enforcement of State and County regulations of
such establishments by the County Health Officer; and to
amend Subtitle 2, titled "Administration" of the Prince
George's County Code, 1975 Edition, for the purpose of
creating a Nursing Home Advisory Committee, setting forth
the composition, terms of office, and duties and
responsibilities of said Advisory Committee.

Subtitle 26, titled "Vehicles and Traffic" of the Prince

definition of "commercial vehicle"; to clarify that trailers
and commercial vehicles are prohibited from parking
overnight on any street and highway in the County, outside
the corporate limits of any municipality; and to restrict
