AN ACT to amend Sections 13-181 and 13-182 of the
Prince George's County Code, 1975 Edition, to clarify the
application of the license provision for multi—family
apartment houses so as to require licenses for rental
property only, by changing the reference to multi-family
apartment house to multi-family rental facility as defined
in Section 13-138(a)(11) of the Code.

Section 15A-104, titled "Neighborhood improvement plan -
content", of Subtitle 15A, titled "Neighborhood
Improvement", of the Prince George's County Code, 1975
Edition, by adding a new component to each of the County's
annual Neighborhood Improvement Plans consisting of a
schedule of project or program descriptions for each
activity recommended for implementation.
