COUNTY LOCAL LAWS
"Boards of Directors", of Division 3, titled "Hospitals", of
Subtitle 12, titled, "Health", of the Prince George's County
Code, 1975 Edition, as last amended by CB-164-1976, to
provide that the views of the three (3) ex-officio members
shall be included in the minutes of the Hospital Commission
meetings; to provide that the board of directors of each
member hospital of the County Hospital Commission conduct,
on an annual basis, at least one duly advertised public
meeting devoted to receiving public testimony on the health
and medical care services, programs, and operations of each
such hospital; to require that the board of directors of
each member hospital keep its citizens advisory committee
informed, on a timely basis, of hospital affairs and
activities; to require that the voting membership of each
standing committee established by the board of directors of
each member hospital be composed so as to include at least
one (1) consumer of health care; to delete the requirements
prohibiting the member of the board of directors of each
member hospital who is appointed from a list of nominees
submitted by each hospital's citizen advisory committee from
continuing to serve on the respective citizens advisory
committee so long as the person is a member of the board of
directors.

AN EMERGENCY BILL ENTITLED
AN ACT to repeal Division 1, Sections 8-101 through
8-121, inclusive, entitled "Election Districts" of Subtitle
8, entitled "Elections" of the Prince George's County Code,
1975 Edition, as amended from time to time, in its entirety
and to enact in lieu thereof a new Division 1 consisting of
Sections 8-101 through 8—121, inclusive, entitled "Election
Districts" for the purpose of clarifying the existing
election district boundary lines.

AN EMERGENCY BILL ENTITLED
AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Section 12-121 of the Prince
George's County Code, 1975 Edition, to provide that toilet
facilities located off premises shall be considered
satisfactory for certain food establishments utilizing not
more than 500 square feet of floor space.
