AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Section 12-133.3 of the
Prince George's County Code, 1975 Edition, to authorize the
funding of operations of hospitals operated under the
Hospital Commission by Prince George's County with the
express provision that certain designated fundings shall be
repaid to the County general fund from hospital revenues.

AN ACT to amend Section 16-222, titled "Administrative
Leave", of Subtitle 16, Titled "Personnel", of the Prince
George's County Code, 1975 Edition, to provide that eligible
employees may be granted administrative leave for consulting
with appropriate County personnel regarding grievances and
adverse action appeals, applicable affirmative action
programs, skills assessment as well as benefit planning and
counseling.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to amend Section 10-210 of the Prince
George's County Code, 1975 Edition, to add a new
paragraph (4) to provide, pursuant to the authority of
Article 81, Section 406c of the Annotated Code of
Maryland, that non-profit community groups offering any
of the performing arts shall be exempt from the
admission tax.
