AN EMERGENCY BILL ENTITLED

AN EMERGENCY ACT to extend until June 30, 1978, the
period for administration and conclusion of collection
procedures pursuant to the Multi-Family Occupancy Tax
imposed and in effect through June 30, 1977, by amending
Section 75-5 of Subtitle 75, entitled "Taxes" of the Code of
Public local Laws of Prince George's County, 1963 Edition,
as enacted by CB-77-1976 (Chapter 24 of the Laws of Prince
George's County, 1976), and by repealing and reenacting with
amendments Section 3 of CB-77-1976.

and enacting a new Division 1—A, "Department of
Corrections", of Subtitle 18 thereof.

increase the fees for electrical permits and inspections in
Prince George's County.
