Bill No. 56

AN ACT to amend Title 16, Sub. 1 "Subdivision and Land
Development Regulations," Section 16.113 and Sec.
16.115 of the Howard County Code so as to allow land
dedicated or reserved for street widening in the
process of creating minor subdivisions to be counted to
satisfy the lot size not to exceed ten percent (10%) of
said lot size requirements.

Bill No. 57

AN ACT to emend Sections 1.106, 1.106A, 1.107, 1.108, 1.109
and 1.121(a) through (d) of "Subtitle 1", Personnel,
Title 1 "Administration", of the Howard County Code, to
establish a Qualifying Register for the hiring of
certain County employees and to amend hiring procedures
of Howard County, to amend transfer and promotion
procedures, and to amend appeal procedures for
employees within the Classified Service of Howard
County.

Bill No. 60

AN ACT to designate existing Section 104 of Title 20 as
Subsection A, to add Subsections B and C, thereto,
which add transitional provisions concerning the tax
sale of properties for delinquent taxes for the 1977—78
fiscal year, and requiring certain information to be
added to future years' tax bills.

AN ACT to amend Section 16.203 of the Howard County Code to
codify the procedures used by the Zoning Board for
Howard County in adopting comprehensive zoning plans
for the entire County or for substantial or significant
parts thereof , and declaring this Act to be an
emergency.
