County Building Code as adopted by CB-44-1976 so as to
provide for an increase in permit fees.

AN ACT to repeal and re—enact with amendments Section
18.700(a) of Subtitle 7 "Fees" of Title 18 "Public
works" of the Howard County Code amending said Section
to allow the Director of Public Works to collect fees
for the review and approval of Site Development Plans.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact Title 13, Housing and Urban
Renewal, "Housing Code; Provisions", for the purpose of
requiring rental housing licenses in lieu of
Certificates of Occupancy and providing for the
adoption of fees for inspection and licensing services
by the County Council.
