AN ACT Amending Article 2, Section 201.0, Definitions; and
Article 8, Part C, Sections 872.6 and 872.7 of the BOCA
Basic Building Code/1975, Sixth Edition with
supplements to further define and delineate guidelines
for the modification, alteration, repair, improvement,
construction and reconstruction of buildings, mobile
homes and other structures in or near floodproned areas
or the 100-year floodplain, and declaring it to be an
emergency.

AN ACT Amending Title 16 — Planning, Zoning and Subdivision
and Land Development Regulations, of Howard County,
Subtitle I, Sections 16.108 and 16.126, defining
"One-Hundred Year Flood" and setting standards for
construction or replacement of water and sanitary sewer
systems located in the Floodplain District, and
declaring it to be an emergency.
