Bill No. 106-77

AN ACT to increase the salaries of members and substitute
members of the County Board of Appeals, by repealing
and re-enacting Sections 2—37 and 2-38 of the Baltimore
County Code, 1968, title "Administration", Article V.
Board of Appeals.

Bill No. 107-77

AN ACT to prohibit the parking of any motorized vehicle over
20 feet in length and any non-motorized vehicle of any
length, WHETHER OR NOT SUCH NON-MOTORIZED VEHICLE IS
ATTACHED TO A MOTORIZED VEHICLE, on a residential
street, by adding new Section 17-33.2 to the Baltimore
County Code, 1968, title "Motor Vehicles and Traffic",
Article III. Stopping, Standing and Parking.

Bill No. 123-77

AN ACT repealing the prohibition of, and penalties for,
accepting remuneration for forecasting or pretending to
forecast the future, by repealing Section 18-10 of the
Baltimore County Code, 1968, title "Offenses -
Miscellaneous."

Bill No. 156-77

AN ACT to clarify the definition of "emergency"; to further
define "lowest responsible bidder"; to increase the
dollar minimum required in monthly reports; to
encourage and assist small business in the County; to
prohibit discrimination in contracts in the purchasing
procedures of the County; and to reflect Charter
amendments approved by the voters November 2, 1976; by
repealing and re-enacting with amendments subsections
(a) and (e) of Section 26-6, first paragraph of Section
26-7, subsection (g) of Section 26—7 and the first
paragraph of Section 26-8 of the Baltimore County Code,
1968, as amended, title "Purchasing", and by adding new
Sections 26-19 and 26-20 to said title and code.
