Bill No. 172-77

AN ACT to provide for the prohibition and for the rescinding
of such prohibition of the placement or maintenance of
sales displays, of any type, in any area of Baltimore
County which may, after public hearing, be designated
by the County Council upon petition of owners of
fifteen percent of the properties in an area, which
petition sets forth circumstances and facts which
indicate that such displays independently or in
conjunction with other real estate marketing activities
will cause, will accelerate or is causing neighborhood
and/or area changes in an adverse manner damaging to
the health and/or general welfare and/or public
interest, and for the rescinding of such prohibition in
the same manner, AND TO PROVIDE FOR AN EXCEPTION TO
SUCH PROHIBITION, by repealing and re-enacting, with
amendments, Section 14—26 of the Baltimore County Code,
1968, title "Hucksters, Peddlers, Canvassers and
Solicitors", and by amending the Baltimore County
Zoning Regulations 1955, Subsection 413.1 thereof.

HARFORD COUNTY

Bill No. 77-13 (as amended)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 24—1.1
of Article 1, heading, "Joppatowne Sanitary
Subdistrict", of Chapter 24, heading, "Water and
Sewer", all of the Harford County Code (1975); said new
Section 24-1.1 to provide for the inclusion of
additional land in the Joppatowne Sanitary Subdistrict.
