PROVIDE FOR THE AVAILABILITY OF RECORDED VOTES, and to
establish a public notice procedure, by adding new
Section 1-14 to the Baltimore County Code, 1968, title
"General Provisions".

Bill No. 18-77

AN ACT to adopt with certain amendments, deletions and
additions, the regulations of the State of Maryland
Department of Health and Mental Hygiene governing Food
Service Facilities, COMAR 10.03.15, effective January
1, 1976, as amended from time to time, by adding new
Section 13-8.2 to the Baltimore County Code, 1968,
title "Health and Sanitation", Article I. In General.

WHEREAS, the Department of Health for Baltimore County
has recommended that the regulations of the State of
Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene governing
Food Service Facilities, COMAR 10.03.15, effective January
1, 1976, as amended from time to time, be adopted with
amendments, deletions and additions as set forth herein;
now, therefore

Bill No. 25-77

AN ACT to provide for the transferring of certain
authorities with regard to permits and licenses from
the Police Department to the Department of Permits and
Licenses, by repealing and re—enacting with amendments,
Section 25-4 (a) of the Baltimore County Code, 1968,
title "Public Amusements and Gatherings", Article I.
In General, by repealing and re-enacting with
amendments, Sections 25-5, 25-6, 25-7, 25-8, 25-9 and
25-10 of said code and title, Article II. Mobile Riding
Units, and by repealing and re-enacting with
amendments, Sections 32-6, 32—15, 32-16, 32-17,
32-21(d), and 32-27 of said code, title "Taxicabs",
Article II. Regulation of Taxicab Business.
