Edition and Supplements), Title 17, "Taxation",
Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous Taxes", to change rates of
tax applicable to certain utilities.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 11-200 through 11-214,
inclusive, to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 11, "Health and
Welfare", to follow immediately after Section 11-101
thereof and to be under the new subtitle 2, "Rubbish on
Commercial or Industrial, INDUSTRIAL OR RESIDENTIAL
Property", to impose certain requirements on owners and
occupants of commercial or industrial, INDUSTRIAL OR
RESIDENTIAL property within the County relating to the
storage and removal of garbage, refuse, rubbish and
other waste matter from such property; to authorize
certain enforcement and notice procedures; establishing
certain fines, remedies and penalties for violations;
and generally relating to owner and occupant
responsibility for the storage and removal of garbage,
refuse, rubbish and other waste matter from commercial
or industrial, INDUSTRIAL OR RESIDENTIAL property.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 1-221(b) and (it) (1) of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1,
"Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article III,
"Employees' Retirement Plan"; to repeal Section
1-237(b) of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article and
enact new Section 1-237 (b) in lieu thereof to stand in
place of the Section repealed; and to add new Section
1-237(c) to said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article to
follow immediately after Section 1-237(b) thereof; to
change certain definitions and to establish a Board of
Review, establish the number of members, the terms and
duties of said Board; and matters generally related
thereto.
