COUNTY LOCAL LAWS

AN ORDINANCE to repeal Section 14-300(6) of the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 14,
"Police", Subtitle 3, "Police and Fire Service
Retirement", and to enact new Section 14—300(6) in lieu
thereof to stand in the place of the Section repealed;
to repeal and re—enact, with amendments, Section
14-300(11) and (17)(a) of said Code, Title and
Subtitle; to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 14-302(a) of said Code, Title and Subtitle; to
repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 14—303(e)
of said Code, Title and Subtitle; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Section 14-304 of said Code,
Title and Subtitle; to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 14-309(a) of said Code, Title and
Subtitle; to repeal Section 14-310(c) of said Code,
Title and Subtitle and enact new Sections 14-310(c) and
(d) in lieu thereof to stand in the place of the
Section repealed; to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 14-314(c) of said Code, Title and
Subtitle; to change certain definitions, dates
eligibility requirements; to provide for a Board of
Review, its composition, number of members, term of
office and the duties of said Board; and matters
generally related thereto.

Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle I,
"Subdivisions", Article I, "In General", to provide for
the maintenance, restoration and/or reconstruction of
structures.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 6-100 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 6, "Crimes and
Misdemeanors", Subtitle 1, "Generally", to prohibit the
consumption of alcoholic beverages on certain public
property.
