"Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article II,
"Classified Service", to add, delete and up-grade
certain positions and to provide standards for said
positions; and matters generally related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 3-207 to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 3,
"Buildings", Subtitle 2, "Structural Requirements", to
follow immediately after Section 3-206 of said Code,
title and subtitle, to establish a Building Code
Violations Review Board, to establish certain duties
and procedures of the Board and for appointment and
terms of Board members, providing for hearings and
decisions within certain times on alleged violations of
the Building Code or Grading and Sediment Control
Ordinance, providing that the Director of Inspections
and Permits shall consider Board findings, providing
that the Director may issue certain administrative
orders denying the right to acquire certain additional
permits, granting certain appeal rights to aggrieved
persons, and generally relating to the regulation of
construction in Anne Arundel County.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 13-303.1 (b) (5A) to the
Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and
Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle
3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article III,
"Residential Districts", to follow immediately after
Section 13-303.1(b)(5) of said Code, Title, Subtitle
and Article, and to repeal and re-enact, with
amendments, Section 13-304 of said Code, Title,
Subtitle and Article, to add certain bulk grain and
produce storage facilities as uses permitted in
residential districts under certain conditions.
