AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 17-703(o) to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 17, "Taxation", Subtitle 7, "Miscellaneous
Taxes", to follow immediately after Section 17—703(n)
thereof, establishing the Chartwell Special Community
Benefit District, and setting forth the purposes
thereof.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Sections 13-300.2(10A) and
13-308.1(2) to the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 13, "Planning and
Zoning", Subtitle 3, "Alternate Zoning Regulations",
Article I, "General Provisions and Definitions", to
follow immediately after Sections 13-300.2(10) and
13-308.1(1) thereof, respectively; to repeal and
re-enact, with amendments, Sections 13-308 (a) and
13-343.9 of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article; to
define a certain term; to provide for the operation of
child care centers as special exceptions in certain
zones; to specify standards applicable to the use of
property as a child care center; and matters generally
related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 1-215 (IV) (A) of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 1,
"Administration", Subtitle 2, "Personnel", Article II,
"Classified Service"; and to repeal Section 1-217 (116)
and (145) of said Code, Title, Subtitle and Article and
enact new Section 1—217 (116) and (145) in lieu thereof
to stand in the place of the Section repealed; and to
add new Section 1-217 (62a) and (143a) to said Code,
Title, Subtitle and Article; to add, delete and
up-grade certain positions and to provide standards for
said positions; and matters generally related thereto.
