AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 18-200 (b) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967
Edition and Supplements), Title 18, "Traffic", Subtitle
2, "Interference With Emergency Equipment", and to add
new Section 12-1736 to the same Code, Title 12,
"Licenses, Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 17,
"Miscellaneous licenses, Permits and Franchises",
Article VI, "Disabled Person Parking Permit", to follow
immediately after Section 12-1735 thereof, to provide
that persons with certain temporary parking permits may
park in certain parking spaces, establishing certain
permit qualifications, conditions, fees, and time
periods, and generally relating to the issuance of
parking permits for certain disabled persons.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re—enact, with amendments,
Sections 12-1100, 12-1102, 12-1107(a) and (f),
12-1112 (b), 12-1114, 12-1116, 12-1117, 12-1119,
12-1120, 12-1121 and 12-1123 of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 12,
"Licenses, Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 11,
"Plumbing", and to add new sections 12—1119A and
12-1124 to the same Code, Title and Subtitle, to
generally clarify and change certain activity subject
to the Anne Arundel County Plumbing Code, to reclassify
certain persons regulated and licensed under the
Plumbing Code, to clarify certain language, to expand
the Anne Arundel County Plumbing Commission, to
establish a new class of tradesman licensed under the
Plumbing Code, to generally extend application of the
Plumbing Code to disposal system contractors and
utility contractors, to require certain licenses for
certain work, to change certain qualifications for
certain licenses, to establish certain plumbing and
other renewal fees and certain bonds for utility
contractors, to establish certain qualifications and
conditions for persons applying for utility contractors
licenses, to define the responsibility and authority of
utility contractors, and generally relating to the
regulation of utility contractors and disposal system
contractors under the Anne Arundel County Plumbing
Code.
