AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Sections 17-605(c)(3), 17-606(c)(3), 17-606(f),
17-607(b) and 17-611(b)(1) of the Anne Arundel County
Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 17,
"Taxation", Subtitle 6, "Water and Wastewater Charges
and Assessments" to make certain changes to certain
water and wastewater charge provisions, to eliminate
certain provisions relating to water and wastewater
front foot benefit assessment and capital facility
assessment charges designated for certain parcels of
land, relettering certain paragraphs, providing that
capital facility assessment charges for water and
wastewater on certain property shall be treated as
liens, providing that upon certain transfers of
property subject to capital facility assessment charge
liens, certain balances shall become due and treated in
a certain manner, providing that certain persons are
exempt from front foot wastewater assessment charges,
clarifying certain language and generally relating to
the change and clarification of provisions relating to
certain assessments for water and wastewater.

AN ORDINANCE to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Sections 12-1400, 12-1403, 12-1405, and 12-1405A,
12-1407 AND 12-1408 of the Anne Arundel County Code
(1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 12, "Licenses,
Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 14, "Towing
Companies", and to repeal Section 12-1406 of said Code,
Title and Subtitle and enact new Section 12-1406 in
lieu thereof to stand in the place of the Section
repealed; to add certain definitions; to provide a fee
for renewal of towing licenses; and to provide when a
license may be issued and the criteria thereof; TO
ESTABLISH CERTAIN TOWING OPERATION CONDITIONS;
PERMITTING THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF
INSPECTIONS AND PERMITS TO WAIVE CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS;
and matters generally related thereto TO THE REGULATION
OF TOWING IN ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY.
