Section 1-215 (I)(E), (IV)(D), (V) (A) and (B), and
(VI) (A) of the Anne Arundel County Code (1967 Edition
and Supplements), Title 1, "Administration", Subtitle
2, "Personnel", Article I, "Exempt Service", to change
certain positions from a thirty—five hour standard work
week to hours as required; and matters generally
related thereto.

AN EMERGENCY ORDINANCE to make an emergency appropriation
from revenues received from sources not anticipated in
the budget for the current fiscal year to the Office of
the County Executive for the purpose of establishing a
Sexual Offenses Crisis Center.

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended an
emergency appropriation to the County budget for the
current fiscal year, in accordance with the provisions
of Section 712 of the Anne Arundel County Charter; and

WHEREAS, the Controller has certified in writing that
such funds are available for appropriation; now,
therefore,
