AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 13-104.2 (g) to the Anne
Arundel County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements),
Title 13, "Planning and Zoning", Subtitle 1,
"Subdivisions", Article I, "In General", to provide
that tenant dwellings shall be exempt from subdivision
application regulations under certain conditions; and
to repeal and re—enact, with amendments, Section
13-300.9 (c) of said Code, Title, Subtitle 3,
"Alternate Zoning Regulations", Article I, "General
Provisions and Definitions", to permit kitchen or
kitchen facilities in RA, R1 and R2 accessory
structures; and natters generally related thereto.

AN ORDINANCE to amend the parking rate schedule for the John
M. Whitmore Parking Garage.

WHEREAS, the Ante Arundel County Council ratified,
approved and adopted a schedule of rates for use of
space at the John M. Whitmore Parking Garage pursuant
to Bill No. 75-76; now, therefore.

AN ORDINANCE to add new Section 12-284 to the Anne Arundel
County Code (1967 Edition and Supplements), Title 12,
"Licenses, Permits and Franchises", Subtitle 2,
"Amusements", Article II, "Fees and Regulations", to
follow immediately after Section 12-283 thereof, to
require the licensing of any private film viewing
machine placed or maintained in use or operation for
commercial entertainment or amusement purposes; to
provide fees, standards and regulations therefor; to
specify conditions and procedures for the revocation of
such licenses; and matters generally related thereto.
