RESOLUTION TO ANNEX CERTAIN LANDS OF

PATSY R. BREMER AND M. STEPHEN BREMER

TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE TOWN OF TRAPPE

WHEREAS, at the regular meeting of the Council of
Trappe, held on December 1, 1976, a Petition was submitted
by PATSY R. BREMER and M. STEPHEN BREMER, for the
Annexation to the Town of Trappe of 132.117 acres of land
shown as Parcel "A" on a plat entitled "Plat of a Survey of
the Lines of Possession of Lulu Martin Dickenson in and near
the Town of Trappe, Talbot County, Maryland", by J. R.
McCrone, Jr., Inc., attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution, SAVE AND EXCEPT that portion of Parcel "A"
already included within the limits of the Town of Trappe as
shewn on said Plat. The said property is contiguous and
adjoining to the existing corporate area of the Town of
Trappe.

WHEREAS, the President of the Council verified that the
Petitioners are owners of 100 percent of the assessed
valuation of the real property in the area to be annexed and
that there are no residents and registered voters residing
in the area; verified the signatures on the Petition and
verified that Article 23A, Section 19 of the Annotated Code
of Maryland has been complied with.

[Section 2 of the Charter of Trappe, Code of Public
Local Laws of Talbot County, repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

Effective Date March 2, 1977]
