Municipal") of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973
Replacement Volume, as amended) to amend the Charter of the
Town of Union Bridge (1976 Edition), amending Section 20-12.
"Ordinances", to provide that a fair summary of a new
ordinance be published.

[Section 20-12 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Carroll County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

No. 1977-1

RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Vienna adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution
of Maryland and Section 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition, as amended) titled "Corporations - Municipal"
to amend the Charter of The Commissioners of Vienna by
repealing Section 22-3 entitled "Laws and Ordinances
Applicable" of the Code of Public local Laws of Maryland
entitled "Dorchester County", subtitled "Vienna".

[Section 22-3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed.

Effective Date July 15, 1977]

No. 1977-2

RESOLUTION of The Commissioners of Vienna adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11E of the Constitution
of Maryland and Section 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition, as amended) titled "Corporations - Municipal"
to amend the Charter of The Commissioners of Vienna by
repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Section 22—6
entitled "Same; meetings" of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland entitled "Dorchester County", subtitled "Vienna"
specifying meeting intervals.

[Section 22-6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Dorchester County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date July 15, 1977]
