RESOLUTION NO. 196
A RESOLUTION of the Council of The City of Salisbury
proposing an amendment of the Charter of The City of
Salisbury by amending Section 36 thereof, entitled
"Permanent registration of voters generally", so as to
eliminate the requirement that a special registration day be
held on the third Tuesday in February, in every year when a
regular City election is scheduled.
[Section 36 of the Charter of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

RESOLUTION NO. 197
A RESOLUTION of the Council of The City of Salisbury
proposing an amendment of the Charter of The City of
Salisbury by amending Section 38 thereof, entitled "Notice
of registration of voters", so as to eliminate the
requirement of published notice of the times and places of
special registration.

proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a
certain area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon
the Easterly corporate limits of the City of Salisbury,
popularly known as Schumaker-Glen Annexation and bounded on
the East by the lands of Salisbury Joint Venture and bounded
on the South by the lands of Elsie M. Steele, Susan J.
Malcom and Harold J. Kennedy and bounded on the West by
Schumaker Lane and on the south side of but not binding on
