County, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

"1977 Annexation"

RESOLUTION of the Town of Rock Hall, Maryland adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article 11—E of the
Constitution of the State of Maryland, and Section 19(c) of
Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland, 1973 edition
as amended, entitled "Municipal Corporations," to amend the
Charter of Rock Hall repealing a Resolution approved
February 3, 1977, this amendment to be entitled "1977
Annexation," by adding a new Section 513B, "1977
Annexation," to the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent
County, 1968 edition as amended, the same being new section
2B "1977 Annexation" of the Charter of Rock Hall, 1957 and
revised 1974, the amendment to extend the boundaries of Rock
Hall and to provide for certain conditions within the area
thus annexed.

[Section 513B of the Code of Public Local Laws of Kent
County, added.

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 33

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of Rockville
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland, Section 13 of the Article 23A of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1973 Replacement Volume),
title "Corporations - Municipal" sub—title "Home Rule", and
Sections 72-17 to 72-23 inclusive, of the Charter of the
City of Rockville, as amended, to amend the Charter of the
City of Rockville, as set forth in Sections 72-1 to 72-95
inclusive, of the Montgomery County Code {1972 Edition), as
amended, to repeal Section 72—3(c) thereof and to enact in
its place, with amendments, a new Section 72—3 (c) so as to
increase the annual stipends of the mayor and four
councilmembers from two thousand four hundred dollars and
one thousand eight hundred dollars respectively to four
thousand eight hundred dollars and three thousand six
hundred dollars respectively, and to make certain technical
corrections to such Section.
