CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 1-77

A resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Town
of Eagle Harbor to amend the Charter of the Town of Eagle
Harbor by repealing and reenacting, with amendments, a
section thereof, to establish qualifications, term, and
procedure for organization of the Board of Commissioners.

[Section 25-3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, as found in the 1963 Edition and
1967 Supplement, repealed and added.

Effective Date December 25, 1977]

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 2-77

A resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Town
of Eagle Harbor to amend the Charter of the Town of Eagle
Harbor by repealing and reenacting, with amendments, certain
sections thereof to revise procedures and qualifications for
voting in municipal elections.

[Section 2 5-4 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, as found in the 1963 Edition and
1967 Supplement, repealed and added

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 3-77

A resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Town
of Eagle Harbor to amend the Charter of the Town of Eagle
Harbor by repealing and reenacting, with amendments, a
section thereof, to provide for the creation of vacancies by
recall of Commissioners, and to clarify procedure for
filling of vacancies.

[Section 25-6 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, as found in the 1963 Edition and
1967 Supplement, repealed and added.

Effective Date December 25, 1977]
