CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 4-77

A resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Town
of Eagle Harbor to amend the Charter of the Town of Eagle
Harbor by repealing and reenacting, with amendments, a
section thereof, to change meeting requirements for
Commissioners.

[Section 25-7 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, as found in the 1963 Edition and
1967 Supplement, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date December 25, 1977]

RESOLUTION NO. V

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 5-77

A resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Town
of Eagle Harbor to amend the Charter of the Town of Eagle
Harbor by repealing certain obsolete sections thereof, to
eliminate the office of bailiff, and eliminate provisions
for a first election, and to renumber a succeeding section.

[Sections 25-9 and 25-17 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Prince George's County, as found in the 1963 Edition
and 1967 Supplement, repealed.

Effective Date December 25, 1977]

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 6-77

A resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Town
of Eagle Harbor to amend the Charter of the Town of Eagle
Harbor by repealing and reenacting, with amendments, a
section thereof, to provide for compensation of
Commissioners.

[Section 25—10 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Prince George's County, as found in the 1963 Edition and
1967 Supplement, repealed and reenacted, with amendments.

Effective Date December 25, 1977]
