A RESOLUTION AND ORDINANCE TO REPEAL, REVISE AND
RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS, SECTIONS 34 THROUGH 78 OF ARTICLE
23 OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LAWS OF WICOMICO COUNTY, 1965
EDITION, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME BY RESOLUTIONS OF THE
COMMISSIONERS OF DELMAR, MARYLAND, TO BRING THE SAME INTO
GENERAL CONFORMITY WITH THE RECOMMENDED MODEL MUNICIPAL
CORPORATION CHARTER, AND TO RE-ENACT IN LIEU OF THE
AFOREGOING SECTIONS, SECTIONS 1 THROUGH 105 OF THE CHARTER
OF DELMAR, MARYLAND.

Laws of Wicomico County, repealed and added.

RESOLUTION

Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of the Town of
Eagle Harbor amending certain sections of the Town of Eagle
Harbor and providing for publication thereof as required by
Chapter 423 of the Acts of 1955 of the General Assembly of
Maryland (1957 Edition, of the Annotated Code of Maryland,
Article 23A, Section 9, et seq. as amended).

[Sections 25-10 and 25-14(c) repealed and reenacted,
with amendments; and Sections 25-14(f) and (g) added, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Prince George's County, as
found in the 1963 Edition and 1967 Supplement.

Effective Date April 14, 1965]
