EXECUTIVE ORDERS
CONSTITUTION, BY ARTICLE 4 1, SECTION 15C OF THE
ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND, AND BY PUBLIC LAW 94-519,
HEREBY ISSUE THE FOLLOWING EXECUTIVE ORDER, EFFECTIVE
OCTOBER 17, 1977:
1. The Maryland State Agency for Surplus
Property is designated as the official State
agency, for purposes of Public Law 94—519,
responsible for the fair and equitable
distribution of all federal surplus personal
property donated to the State by the Federal
Government pursuant to the provisions of the
Federal Property and Administrative Services Act
of 1949, as amended by Public Law 94-519.
2. The Maryland State Agency for Surplus
Property shall perform the functions, duties, and
responsibilities authorized to be performed or
specifically delegated to it by the Federal
Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949,
as amended by Public Law 94-519, and by the
"Maryland State Agency for Surplus Property
Temporary Plan of Operation".

INTERAGENCY COMMITTEE ON SPECIALIZED
TRANSPORTATION
WHEREAS, By Executive Order 01.01.1975.02, dated April 8,
1975, Governor Marvin Mandel created the Interagency
Committee on Specialized Transportation; and
WHEREAS, The Executive Order specified the membership of
the Committee and designated by name its Chairman; and
WHEREAS, It is necessary that the Executive Order be
amended to account for the resignation of the Chairman;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, BLAIR LEE III, ACTING GOVERNOR OF
MARYLAND, PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY VESTED IN ME BY
ARTICLE II, SECTIONS 6 AND 24 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF
MARYLAND, AND BY ARTICLE 41, SECTION 15C OF THE
ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND, HEREBY ISSUE THE FOLLOWING
EXECUTIVE ORDER AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO.
01.01.1975.02, EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
