2338 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 801 CHAPTER 801 (Senate Bill 236) AN ACT concerning Insurance Division — Special General Fund Special FOR the purpose of requiring certain moneys received by the BY adding to Article 48A - Insurance Code Section 33A Annotated Code of Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and 1977 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 48A — Insurance Code 33A. ALL MONEY RECEIVED UNDER §§33(I), 41(1), (2), (3), (4) MONEY TO A SPECIAL FUND. THE TREASURER, ON WARRANT FROM THE COMPTROLLER, SHALL DISBURSE MONEY FROM THE FUND AS PROVIDED IN THE STATE BUDGET FOR EXAMINATIONS AND AUDITS OF INSURANCE USED SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYMENT OF THE COSTS OF EXAMINATIONS AND AUDITS OF INSURANCE COMPANIES WHEN APPROPRIATED FOR THIS PURPOSE IN THE ANNUAL BUDGET BILL.
