MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 100 - Work, Labor and Employment

11.

(d) A minor under 18 years of age shall have at least
nine EIGHT CONSECUTIVE hours of nonwork, nonschool time in
each 24 hour day.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Restaurants — Public Restrooms

FOR the purpose of requiring fast food restaurants

established after__a certain date to provide public

toilets and lavatories supplied with soap, water, and
towels maintained in a sanitary condition; and
generally relating to public restrooms in fast food
restaurants.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Section 200(c) and (f)
Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

The said State      Board of Health of Maryland and its

agents and inspectors    in the discharge of their duties under

the provisions hereof    and every person, firm, association or

corporation engaged      in the handling of food and food

products, shall be      governed by the following rules and

regulations which are    hereby made the law of this State:
