(c) (1) Every building, room, basement, cellar or
other place occupied or used for the preparation,
manufacture, packing, freezing, canning, sale or
distributing of food, shall have convenient toilet or toilet
rooms which shall be kept separate or partitioned from the
room or rooms where the process or production, manufacture,
packing, canning, freezing, selling or distribution is
conducted, and the floor and all parts of such toilet room
shall be kept clean.

(2) EVERY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT ESTABLISHED

AFTER JANUARY 1, 1979 SHALL PROVIDE HAVE AVAILABLE FOR THE
PUBLIC A CONVENIENT PUBLIC TOILET OR TOILET ROOM MAINTAINED
IN A SANITARY CONDITION.

(f) (1) Every building, basement, cellar or other
place occupied or used for preparation, manufacture,
packing, canning, freezing, sale or distribution of food,
shall have a convenient lavatory and shall be supplied with
soap, water and towels maintained in a sanitary condition.

(2) EVERY FAST FOOD RESTAURANT ESTABLISHED

AFTER JANUARY 1, 1979 SHALL PROVIDE HAVE AVAILABLE FOR THE
PUBLIC A CONVENIENT PUBLIC LAVATORY SUPPLIED WITH SOAP,
WATER, AND TOWELS MAINTAINED IN A SANITARY CONDITION. NEW

RESTAURANT FACILITIES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF

THIS LAW BY JULY 1, 1980 JANUARY 1, 1979.

SECTION 2. AND
