SECTION 1. BE II ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(as enacted by Chapter ____ of the Acts of the General

Assembly of 1978) be repealed, amended, or enacted to read
as follows:

(b)

Article — Education

The student member shall:

(i) Be a resident of Anne Arundel County;

(ii) Be nominated in the manner determined
by the student body of Anne Arundel Community College; [and

(iii) Serve for a term of 1 year, beginning
July 1 and ending on June 30.]

(III)  HAVE THE QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO
BE STUDENT BODY PRESIDENT OF ANNE ARUNDEL COMMUNITY COLLEGE;
AND

(IV)   SERVE FOR A TERM OF 1 YEAR, BEGINNING
JULY 1 AND ENDING ON JUNE 30.

May not be employed by Montgomery Community

(3) Serves for a term of 1 year, beginning

July 1 and ending on June 30.]

(3) SHALL HAVE THE QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO

BE STUDENT BODY PRESIDENT OF MONTGOMERY COMMUNITY COLLEGE;

AND

(4) SERVES FOR A TERM OF 1 YEAR, BEGINNING ON

JULY 1 AND ENDING ON JUNE 30.

(b) (2) One of the members shall be a regularly
enrolled student in good standing at Prince George's
Community College. The student member shall:

(i)

County;

Be a resident of Prince George's

(ii) Be elected by the student body of the

College; [and

(b) One of the members shall be an enrolled student
