AN ACT concerning

Obscenity — Child Pornography

FOR

the purpose of providing that the depiction of children

under a certain age in any matter containing children

performing or simulating certain sexual acts shall be

specifically prohibited as obscene; defining certain

terms; and providing penalties any person who solicits,

causes, induces or knowingly permits a person under a

certain age to engage as a subject in the production of

obscene matter is__subject to certain penalties and

providing that persons who photograph or film a child

under a certain age__engaging in an obscene act is

subject to certain penalties.
