16-503.

The Board of Community College Trustees for Baltimore
County consists of nine members appointed by the Governor
[under §16-201 of this title], WITH THE ADVICE AND CONSENT
OF THE SENATE. Of the members:

(1)     One serves at large; and

(2)        Eight serve from the eight legislative
districts in Baltimore County, one from each district.

16-505.

(a) The Board of Community College Trustees     for

Charles County consists of seven members appointed by   the

Governor [under §16-201 of this title], with the advice     and
consent of the Senate. Of the members:

(1)    Each shall be a resident of Charles County;

and

(2)    At least five shall have completed 60
semester hours of accredited college work.

16-507.

(a) (1) The Board of Trustees of Chesapeake College
consists of eight members appointed by the Governor [under
§16—201 of this title], with the advice and consent of the
House of Delegates.

(2) The county superintendents of schools in the
region are not ex officio members.

16-508.

(a) The Board of Community College Trustees for
Frederick County consists of seven members. Of the members:

(1)        Each shall be a resident of Frederick
County;

(2)      Five shall be appointed by the Governor
[under §16-201 of this title], WITH THE ADVICE AND CONSENT
OF THE SENATE, for terms of 5 years; and

(3)      Two shall be appointed by the Frederick
County Board of Education from among its membership for
terms of 1 year.

(a) The Board of Community College Trustees for
Harford County consists of seven members. Of the members:

(1) Each shall be a resident of Harford County;
