CONCERNED. IT SHALL INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO
REPRESENTATIVES RECOMMENDED BY:

(1)    ORGANIZED LABOR;

(2)    SHIPPING INTERESTS;

(3)    FREIGHT FORWARDERS;

(4)    TERMINAL OPERATORS;

(5)    BALIIMORE CITY;

(6)    BALTIMORE COUNTY;

ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY; AND

(8) DORCHESTER COUNTY;

(8) (9) THE DELMARVA ADVISORY COUNCIL.;AND

(9) (10)

THE PRESIDENT OF THE STATE SENATE AND

THE SPEAKER OF THE HOUSE OF DELEGATES. ;

(11) THE GREATER BALTIMORE COMMITTEE;

(12) THE MARYLAND CHAMBER OF COMMERCE; AND

(13) A MINORITY GROUP

(C) THE ADVISORY BOARD MAY SHALL PARTICIPATE WITH
ADVISE THE ADMINISTRATION IN THE PLANNING OF CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS THAT RELATE TO THE CONSTRUCTION,
ACQUISITION, EXTENSION, ENLARGEMENT, OR IMPROVEMENT OF
FACILITIES OF THE PORT OF BALTIMORE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.
