Ch. 499

PERJURY, AND OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE LAWS RELATED TO ANY
ACTIVITY DESCRIBED IN SUBSECTION (B) (1) THROUGH (4).

(c) At the request of either the Governor, Attorney
General, General Assembly or a State's attorney, the State
Prosecutor may investigate criminal activity conducted or
committed partly in this State and partly in another
jurisdiction, or which is conducted or committed in more
than one political subdivision of the State.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Maryland Port Administration —
Private Sector Advisory Board

FOR the purpose of creating an Advisory Board composed of
members of the private sector to be appointed by the
Administrator of the Maryland Port Administration;
providing for its duties; and generally relating to
that Advisory Board.

Article — Transportation

Section 6-203.1

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1977 Volume and 1977 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article — Transportation

6-203.1.

(A)    THE ADMINISTRATOR, IN CONSULTATION WITH THE
SECRETARY, SHALL APPOINT, SUBJECT TO THE ADVICE AND CONSENT
OF THE SENATE, AN ADVISORY BOARD TO THE ADMINISTRATION.

(B)    THE ADVISORY BOARD SHALL BE OF A SIZE AND
COMPOSITION DETERMINED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR AND SHALL BE
REPRESENTATIVE OF THE DIFFERENT PROFESSIONAL AND COMMERCIAL
