AN ACT concerning

Caroline County - Board of Education Expenses

FOR the purpose of altering the amount of expenses provided
for the chairman and members of the Caroline County
Board of Education.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article — Education
Section 4-106(f)(3)(ii)
Annotated Code of Maryland

(As enacted by Chapter __ of the Acts

of the General Assembly of 1978)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(as enacted by Chapter __ of the Acts of the General

Assembly of 1978) be repealed, amended, or enacted to read
as follows:

Article — Education

4—106.

(f) (3) Each member of the county board of the
following counties shall receive the following amounts
annually for traveling and other expenses:

(ii) Caroline County:

1.           Member........[$400;] $600; and

2.           Chairman..........[$500;] $800;

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.
