shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Worcester County - Alcoholic Beverages
(Countywide Sunday Sales)

FOR the purpose of altering the time permitted   certain Class

B beer and beer and wine, and Class D   beer and wine

licensees for selling alcoholic beverages   in Worcester
County.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

Section 106(c)(2)(ii)(A), (6)(ii)(A) and (B), and

(8)(ii)(A) and (B)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 2B — Alcoholic Beverages

106.

(c) In the sections of this article set forth below,
the hours for sale in Worcester County shall be:

(2) Section 9 — Class B beer

(ii) 7 day licenses

(A) Countywide (exclusive of tenth
election district) as stated in §9 — (off-sale) 6:00 a.m. to
2:00 a.m. the following morning, and on Sundays (off—sale)
[12:30 p.m.] 6:00 A.M. to 2:00 a.m. the following morning,
(on—sale) 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. the following morning, and
on Sundays (on-sale) 12:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

(6) Section 14 — Class B beer and light wine
