SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act

shall take effect July 1, 1978.

Trader's Licenses in Howard County

FOR the purpose of requiring the clerk of court in Howard
County to secure the approval of the Director of
Planning and Zoning or his designated agent before
issuing any new or transferred trader's licenses , and
requiring the Director to notify the Clerk of his
approval or disapproval within a certain time.
