SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the actual
cash proceeds of the sale of the bonds to be issued under
this Act shall be paid to the Treasurer of the State upon
the warrant of the Comptroller and such proceeds shall be
used exclusively for the following purposes, to wit:
2. The remainder of the proceeds of such loan shall
be credited on the books of the State Comptroller, to be
expended as needed by the State, upon approval by the Board
of Public Works, for the following needs, purposes and
projects, and amounts listed below being intended to include
Architects' and Engineers' fees where applicable:

CORRECTIONAL SERVICES, BUT
SHALL NOT EXCEED 108 BEDS
subject to the approval of
THE PROGRAM AND PRELIMINARY
plans by the Department of
General Services and the
Department of State Planning.
THE SECRETARY OF PUBLIC
SAFETY AND CORRECTIONAL
SERVICES MAY GRANT A SUM FROM
THE APPROPRIATION, SUBJECT TO
THE APPROVAL OF THE BOARD OF
PUBLIC WORKS, TO PRINCE
GEORGE'S COUNTY SUFFICIENT TO
ACQUIRE, DESIGN, AND RENOVATE
OR CONSTRUCT A COMMUNITY
ADULT REHABILITATION CENTER.
To the extent of this
appropriation, the

limiting the State's share to
75 percent of the approved
capital costs and requiring a
local contribution for the
balance of the capital costs,
