THE SECRETARY OF PUBLIC
SAFETY AND CORRECTIONAL
SERVICES MAY GRANT A SUM FROM
THIS APPROPRIATION, SUBJECT
TO THE APPROVAL OF THE BOARD
OF PUBLIC WORKS, TO BALTIMORE
CITY SUFFICIENT TO ACQUIRE,
DESIGN, AND RENOVATE OR
CONSTRUCT A COMMUNITY ADULT
REHABILITATION CENTER.
HOWEVER, NONE OF THESE FUNDS

MAY BE USED FOR THE

ACQUISITION, RENOVATION,OR

CONSTRUCTION OF MORE THAN ONE

FACILITY IN THE 39TH

LEGISLATIVE DISTRICT, AND THE

TOTAL NUMBER OF BEDS AT__SUCH

A FACILITY MAY NOT EXCEED 38.
To the extent of this
appropriation, the provisions
of Article 27, § 710B(a),
limiting the State's share to
