to alter the use of certain moneys appropriated in
those loans for the Baltimore City Community
Correctional Center No. 2 and the Community
Correctional Center in Prince George's County to permit
the use of the moneys for certain community adult
rehabilitation centers; waiving those provisions of the
General Construction Loans of 1973, 1974, 1975, and
1976 which relate to the time by which projects
contained in those loans must be placed under contract
insofar as those provisions relate to the changes made
in this Act for the community adult rehabilitation
centers; and making this Act an emergency measure.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 195 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1973

Section 5.2(K)(1)(a) and (b) and 10

(As Section 5.2(K) (1) (a) and (b) was amended by Chapter
344 334, § 1 of the Laws of Maryland of 1977 and
as Section 10 was amended by Chapter 563, § 1 of
the Laws of Maryland of 1975 and Chapter 344 334,
§ 5 of the Laws of Maryland of 1977)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 289 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1974

Section 5. 2(I)(1)(b) and 10

(As Section 5.2(I)(1)(b) was amended by Chapter 344
33 4, § 2 of the Laws of Maryland of 1977 and as
Section 10 was amended by Chapter 774 of the Laws
of Maryland of 1976)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 886 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1975

Section 5.2E 1(a)(2), (5), (6), and (9) and 10

(As Section 5.2 E 1(a)(2), (5), (6), and (9) was

amended by Chapter 334, § 3 of the Laws of

Maryland of 1977 and as Section 10 was amended by

Chapter 334, § 6 of the Laws of Maryland of 1977)

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 914 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1976
Section 1(2) (G) (1) (a) (3) and (8)

(As Section 1 (2) (G) (1) (a) (3) was amended by Chapter
334, § 4 of the Laws of Maryland of 1977)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE      GENERAL     ASSEMBLY OF

MARYLAND, That chapter(s) of the      Acts of     the General

Assembly be repealed, amended, or      enacted      to read as
follows:
