ANY PHYSICIAN, SURGEON, DENTIST, OSTEOPATH, PODIATRIST, OBSCURES A PATIENT'S MEDICAL RECORD, HOSPITAL REPORT, OR INFORMATION AS EVIDENCE IN AN ADMINISTRATIVE,___CIVIL, OR CRIMINAL PROCEEDING IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND, UPON SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act does not apply to medical data or information which has been reduced to microfilm, or other means of accurate reproduction. However, the microfilm shall be maintained and stored in accordance with this Act. SECTION 3 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act Approved May 2, 1978. CHAPTER 356 (House Bill 863) AN ACT concerning Property Line Surveyors FOR the purpose of permitting certain persons applying to be number of years of experience of certain property line surveying to substitute certain educational credentials property line surveyors; and repealing Chapter 652 of the 1977 Laws of Maryland which enacted__conflicting provisions___with Section 335(d) of Article 56 of the Annotated__Code of Maryland with respect to the licensure of property line surveyors.
