(1) There have been 12 continuous and uninterrupted
months of full payment under the lien AND ALL ARREARAGES
HAVE BEEN SATISFIED; or

(2) The employer or officer has been unable to
deliver payments under the lien for a three-month period
because the person for whom support has been ordered failed
to give the required notice of a change of address.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

(Senate Bill 859)

AN ACT concerning

Mutual Savings Banks — Depositary Functions

FOR the purpose of authorizing mutual savings banks to act
as depositaries of certain governmental funds; and
permitting those banks to take certain actions in order
to qualify as depositaries of those funds.

Article 11 — Banks and Trust Companies

Section 41(f)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1976 Replacement Volume and 1977 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 11 - Banks and Trust Companies

41.

(F) ANY MUTUAL SAVINGS BANK MAY:

(1) ACT AS DEPOSITARY OF FUNDS OF:

(I)    THE UNITED STATES AND ITS AGENCIES;
AND

(II)   THE STATE OF MARYLAND AND ITS
POLITICAL SUBDIVISIONS;
