(as enacted by Chapter ____ of the Acts of the General

Assembly of 1978) be repealed, amended, or enacted to read
as follows:

Article — Education

16-205.

(b) If permitted by the Board of Trustees of a
community college, any resident of this State who is 6 0
years old or older who enrolls in any class at the community

college [that has at least ten OR IS BEING CONTINUED__WITH

LESS THAN TEN regularly enrolled students]:

(1)    is exempt from payment of tuition; and

(2)    shall be counted in computing full—time
equivalent enrollment under §16-403 of this Title.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.

AN ACT concerning

Support Orders - Enforcement

FOR the purpose of providing that a party may petition a
court for termination of a lien on earnings in certain
circumstances.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 16 — Chancery

Section 5B(d)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1973 Replacement Volume and 1977 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 16 - Chancery

5B.

(d) On petition of the defaulting party, the court
shall terminate a lien ordered under this section if:
