AN ACT concerning

Charles County — Corrective Bill

FOR the purpose of correcting the inconsistent numbering of
certain sections of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Charles County; providing for the consistent numbering
of certain sections; placing certain sections under an
amended subtitle; and generally relating to the
numbering of the Code of Public Local Laws of Charles
County.

BY renumbering

The Public Local Laws of Charles County

Section 348F and 348G, respectively

to be Section 374A and 374B, respectively, to be

under the amended subtitle "Sewers and Drainage

Systems"
Article 9 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1969 Edition and 1977 Supplement, as amended)

BY renumbering

The Public Local Laws of Charles County
Section 348K and 348L, respectively
to be Section 348F and 348G, respectively
Article 9 - Public Local Laws of Maryland
(1969 Edition and 1977 Supplement, as amended)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 348F and 348G, respectively, of
Article 9 - Charles County, of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 374A and 374B,
respectively, to be under the amended subtitle "Sewers and
Drainage Systems".

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s)
348K and 348L, respectively, of Article 9 - Charles County,
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland be renumbered
to be Section(s) 348F and 348G, respectively.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1978.
