BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 27 — Crimes and Punishments
349A. (A) [No] A person, except a person while making lawful use of them in pursuit of a legitimate business (B) A PERSON MAY NOT POSSESS A PICKLOCK, KEY, CROW, JACK, BIT OR OTHER DEVICE AT PLACES AND UNDER CIRCUMSTANCES FROM WHICH AN INTENT MAY BE PRESUMED TO UNLAWFULLY BREAK AND STATE.
(C) Any person who violates the provisions of this section, [shall be] IS guilty of a misdemeanor and [upon dollars ($500) and/or-shall be] $500 OR imprisoned for not more than one [(1)] year, OR BOTH.
