(2) A STATEMENT THAT THE APPLICANT HIMSELF IS
LICENSED TO CONDUCT A DRIVERS' SCHOOL.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language
patterned after the similar provisions of
§15—405 of this title as to vehicle salesmen
and added here to clarify current practice.
It is the logical counterpart to §15-803(b) of
this subtitle.
15-305. LICENSE FEE.
(A) ANNUAL FEE REQUIRED.
EACH LICENSEE SHALL PAY AN ANNUAL FEE TO THE
ADMINISTRATION FOR EACH YEAR FOR WHICH THE LICENSE IS
ISSUED.
(B) AMOUNT OF FEE.
THE ANNUAL FEE IS $5.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the second and
third sentences of Art. 66 1/2, §6—507(a).
The provisions of present §6-507 (a) that
provide for validity of a license for 1 year
from the date issued appears in §§ 15-108 and
15-806 of this title.
15-806. SCOPE OF LICENSE.
THE LICENSE AUTHORIZES THE LICENSEE TO BE A DRIVING
INSTRUCTOR FOR A LICENSED DRIVERS' SCHOOL DURING THE
LICENSE YEAR FOR WHICH IT IS ISSUED.
REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from the second
sentence of present Art. 66 1/2, §6-507(a) and
added for clarity and to conform to similar
provisions in each of the other subtitles of
this title.
15-307. REFUSAL, SUSPENSION, OR REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER GROUNDS SPECIFIED IN
§15-109 SUBTITLE 1 OF THIS TITLE FOR REFUSAL, SUSPENSION,
OR REVOCATION OF A LICENSE, THE ADMINISTRATION MAY REFUSE
TO GRANT A LICENSE UNDER THIS SUBTITLE TO ANY PERSON AND
MAY SUSPEND, REVOKE, OR REFUSE TO RENEW THE LICENSE OF
ANY PERSON IF IT FINDS THAT THE PERSON:
(1) HAS BEEN CONVICTED OF A CRIME OF MORAL
TURPITUDE; OR

(2) AS TO ANY DRIVING INSTRUCTOR THAT IS A

|

|
|
|
